Meditation is one of the oldest practices in history yet, we’ve somehow forgotten its importance.

Our bodies are amazing, they can handle an insane amount of stress and physical pains but that doesn’t mean it should be pushed to its limits all the time.

Meditation needs to be practiced DAILY.
