How to Use Your Psychic Ability To Find Your Ideal Client
I’m Danielle from Third Eye Mama and today I want to talk to you about how to use your psychic ability to find your ideal client.
Now your Third Eye Chakra, the home of your intuition, is actually located slightly above the middle of your brows, and it is known as the eye that looks within.
The two eyes we were born with are meant to look out, but it is our “Third Eye” that looks within, and when you are searching for your ideal client, you are not going to be looking outside of yourself for the answer, but rather, you’re going to be looking inside of yourself.
Now, what I have found most often in my practice and in my own life is that we are often called to serve the people who are experiencing a pain or some sort of discomfort that is similar to what we have experienced.
So think of the biggest pain that you have experienced in your life.
The biggest absence of something that you have experienced in your life.
There may be a few of them and that’s okay. You can write those down. But think of it, is it a lack of money? Is it a lack of support? Is it a lack of acceptance? Is it the pain of not being loved?
What is this big pain that you have felt and that you have carried with you?
This is the time where you’re going to want to look within yourself, within your inner child, within your soul, to see what are the wounds that you still carry to date.
Now these wounds don’t necessarily have to still be open.
They could could be something that you’ve worked on a lot or it might be something that you really don’t want to think about too often, but it is in this wound that you will find your purpose.
I believe it was Rumi that said “a wound is where the light enters you” or something to that effect and that to me was such a powerful statement because it gives our pain “purpose”.
If you think of your skin… it’s encasing your body and keeping everything in, but when your skin gets cut, that is when that light of the divine can enter into your being and it is a powerful point of transformation. It helps give us purpose and direction in our life.
So if you look back on your life, take out a pen and paper and really look back and you can even go into maybe a meditative state or you can even talk about it with a friend, but really go over it and look at the points where you felt the most pain or the most absence of something.
Once you’ve identified what that is, look inside again and ask yourself, “Who do you feel would most benefit from this gift that you have to offer?”
For example, if you felt like you did not get love and acceptance for something that was really important in your life, then maybe it’s important that you incorporate complete non-judgment in the love within your sessions with your clients.
Take a look at the clients that you are attracting.
Are they in need of acceptance from somebody?
Could you help those clients learn to accept themselves for who they are?
If you felt that judgment and that criticism, that harshness in your life at some point or another, or maybe at multiple points in your life, then you can actually bring that, that, that in, that becomes your medicine that you have to offer your clients when they come into your practice, is that knowing of how to offer love and non-judgment.
Another example could be that you felt you didn’t receive the proper training to sharpen some of your skills. You know, maybe you felt that that was unappreciated. There was something in your life that was unappreciated so there may be this desire to offer training, to offer support to help your clients grow in a particular direction.
If you felt that you didn’t get that sort of training or the education you needed to foster the growth of one of your skills, then that might be something that you are called to offer your clients. Now, when you go into your wound, and when you go into this space where the light enters you… be prepared to experience anger.
Be prepared to experience a whole host of emotions because that’s normal.
Be prepared to look beneath all of that, to see that passion and inspiration.
We’ll go back to the first example of you as a child…
If you did not experience that love and acceptance from your parents or from elders in your life and that created this hole (yes, there may still be unresolved anger underneath that, but if you can go past that) and you envision children who are not being loved or supported or accepted by maybe their parents or their elders…
Can you feel that passion inside of you to reach out and help those children?
If you experienced tremendous heartache as an adult because somebody in your life passed away and maybe you still have that pain with you, but can you imagine some other adult, some other woman or men or teenager coping with that grief…
What person and experiencing what emotion would make you want to fight tooth and nail to be by their side and to assist them in their journey?
That is your ideal client!
It is the person that you would sit down and speak to.
It is the person that you want to be there for no matter what.
Because when you tune into that and when you were working with that client, your energy is boundless.
You will become energized and inspired by your work because you’re working within that light that entered you. You are using. You are tapping into that magnificent light from source that is now into your being.
I understand that we have these ideas of who we think we should serve or where the money is but know this, the universe wants you to thrive and if you feel the call in your heart to serve a particular individual for a particular cause, then know that it CAN be abundant.
That it will be a fruitful journey if you allow it to. If you accept and love yourself for who you are and embrace this path, then it can be fruitful. It can be abundant, energizing, inspiring, and freaking wonderful.
So if you are wondering who your ideal client is and what your purpose and path is, then do this exercise, look back and see that pain that you had in your life – really tune into that and then tune into the inspiration and that fuel underneath it to help somebody else who is in need of that and then identify what age that person is that you would climb mountains to help because you don’t want to see that same pain in somebody else.
That is where your power is, your passion, your purpose, your alignment for your career.
Your clients may not look like that now and that’s okay.
You can transition into something like that if that’s what you feel called to do, but just knowing it, and being open enough to look inside of your heart to see where that light has entered you is enough just for now, and the next steps will follow.
I’m excited for you to begin this journey of looking within. It is profound. It is powerful and it will help shift you into alignment just by knowing where it is that you’re going.
